Our agency has always been remote, with no designated location, therefore our interactions with clients are completely digital.

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH STARTUPS AND NEW COMPANIES OR CAN YOU HELP OLDER, MORE ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES AS WELL?

Landor's services are geared toward small businesses, but they do not shy away from more establish brands.  Therefore, we willingly service brands big or small.

WHAT IS THE LANDOR CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS?

The onboarding process for each of our services are different.  In general, the client can choose to message or contact a staff member by phone.  Regardless of which method, clients will consult with a staff member to discuss what is right for them.

WHY WOULD A CLIENT CHOOSE US?

We want clients to 'choose' what meets their needs. Even if it isn't us, we only care that the client is happy with the helpful outcome they received from a professional. To contradict, we feel that we connect to the clients' brand from a more personal approach.
